I work as an humanistic and integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, having qualified with a Masters from Turning Point Institute and UCC. I am also a qualified yoga instructor and teach yoga regularly. I love to work with clients in an integrative and holistic way, using different approaches to meet each individual’s unique needs, while having the person-centred approach at the core of each session.

I like to incorporate breath-work and movement into my practice as a therapist, using the body as a way to access feelings, in addition to working with the mind, through talk therapy. I also work creatively, with art, sound and imagery. However, for me, the relationship between therapist and client is the most important part of therapy – I believe it is essential for you to feel safe and supported throughout our time together, working collaboratively to accomplish your individual goals.
