Is online Therapy an option?

Yes, online therapy is an option. This may be suited to people who do not live in close proximity to the centre, or perhaps feel more comfortable being at home while seeing their therapist. Feel free to mention this in your initial contact to us so we can connect you with a therapist that offers this type of therapy.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies from client to client, due to a number of factors, such as the nature and depth of the issue and the client’s goals and objectives in therapy. We will discuss this in the first session and will review it frequently.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that if you need to cancel a session, you let us know 24 hours beforehand. In exceptional circumstances, your therapist may be able to rearrange your session, otherwise there is a cancellation fee. This will be discussed in your first session.
